Bundoran painting stacks up at 2,000 square feet
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 25 May, 2012 : - - Eoin has struck again, painting another giant mural, this time in Bundoran and measuring a massive 2,000 sq/ft. One local commented, you can see it from the other side of town, it really looks great. Wandering around the town look out for more of Eoins work and one of them, down on the retaining wall is at its best when viewed while waiting for a set at Pampa.
Eoin says I am doing more public art murals this year as I feel my art has taken a drastic turn in scale, moving from canvas to huge wall space. The last one I did in Bundoran was featured on TV, and I was delighted to be asked to return to paint another couple of pieces.
Certainly Eoins work is becoming recognised not only in Ireland but internationally, and they are starting to become a tourist attraction in their own way. If you are traveling around Ireland this summer look out for more of Eoins work around the Lahinch coast. He will be painting an even bigger mural of 3000sq/ft at the Clancy Brothers Music Festival on the June Bank Holiday and at the Sea Sessions Festival 29th June-1st July in Bundoran.
He is also featured at the Make a Move Street Art Festival in Limerick 7th July where he has been invited to paint alongside street artists such as DMC, Rask, Solus, Maser, and Verz.
