Reef Ambassadors Angus Scotney and Ben Skinner Win Carve Peer Poll

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 2 September, 2015 - Reef are proud to announce that Ben Skinner and Angus Scotney have won the Carve Peer Poll. Skinner, aka "Skindog", also placed fifth in the all round best British Male, beating out a number of short boarders and big wave chargers.

Angus Scotney is a young Newquay local who rides with far more power and confidence than most 16 years old- Angus has an all round ability that will propell him on to the European stage in the years to come -his smooth progressive surfing has set him head and shoulders above many of his contemporaries. His contest results are as impressive as his film clips and his love for the sport.

Reef are proud to be the Head to Toe Sponsor of Angus and are looking forward to supporting his journey through the European Pro Junior Circuit and beyond in to the World Qualifying Series. With the strongest of attitudes in and out of the water- Angus embodies the Just Passing Through spirit

The Carve Peer Poll invites surfers, based on their competition results and achievements in previous years, to vote on their favourite British and Irish surfers. Voting is determined by who best deserves recognition across several categories including Best Male and Best Female British/Irish Surfer, Best British/Irish Longboarder, Best International Surfer and more.
