Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 22 March, 2014 - The most valuable stage so far in the ALAS Super Prime series went off today with epic conditions and high scores and by far the best waves of the event. The comp saw peeling 6-8 foot rights and lefts with the characteristic San Lorenzo tubes finally turning on. Rounds 4 and 5 were held in the best conditions of the day.
Of the more than 120 athletes who started the event, there are now less than 30 remaining whot will battle for the title tomorrow and $48,000 in prizes.
