Harley Ingleby designs include performance longboards, hybrids & fun shapes

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 2 June, 2016 - Surfers in North America will have access to surfboards designed by Harley Ingleby and Shaper Billy Tolhurst beginning shortly. The Harley Ingleby Series of performance longboards, hybrids and fun shapes are built with something called an Epoxy Matrix/Thunderbolt Technology.

In a press release the company said:

Performance shapes, combined with advanced materials and a proprietary internal flex system puts these surfboards in a category that appeals to surfers who want length and volume in their board for smaller, flatter waves, while also equipped for excellent maneuverability and responsiveness needed for surfing high performance waves.

Billy Tolhurst has been shaping Harley’s boards since he was a teenager out of Coffs Harbour in New South Wales, Australia. Surfboard models in this line-up have been under Harley’s feet while he claimed two WSL World Longboard Championships titles and two Australia National Longboard Championship titles.
