Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 22 August, 2014 - Les Bourdaines - Seignosse, France - The Swatch Girls Pro France and Pro Juniors are on Stand-By. A lay-day has been called due to an inconsistent 1-foot swell breaking at les bourdaines.
“This morning we had very tiny waves on offer and decided to send the QS girls home,” Yannick Sarran, ASP Europe head judge stated. “We hoped to see the conditions improve with the tide coming in around lunchtime but unfortunately there are still not much and we had to call it off for the day.”
The next call will be held on Friday at 7:30am to re-assess conditions and decide if waves are sufficient to resume the competition.
