Maxing Atlantic swell hits Europe...
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 6 January, 2014 - Stormy Atlantic weather made for huge surf at Mullaghmore this morning. With high winds still sweeping Ireland, crowds flocked to the Sligo village to watch the giant surf while international tow-teams took to the famous lefthander.
“They were very good photography conditions,” Declan Kilgannon, owner of Offshore Watersports, told TheScore.ie. Unfortunately the swell didn’t peak quite as high as people would have hoped.”
