Electric and other brands sign on to support mustache month

Movember participants and partners raise funds and awareness for men’s health to combat prostate and testicular cancer. In their tenth year, Movember is back and taking to the streets, inspiring change and motivating others to join the good fight.
Movember is the global men’s health charity encouraging men to grow and women to support the moustache for 30 days of November. Electric has joined forces with Generation Moustache and encourages all men and women to unite and change the face of men’s health by registering as an official participant.
In 2012 Electric’s network raised over $47,000 for Movember. Electric is now actively looking for new recruits to help surpass last year’s totals. As the official rules of Movember state, all Mo Bros (male participants), once registered, must begin clean-shaven on the 1st of Movember and grow just a moustache (no beards, no goatees) for the 30 days of November. Shave the Date: Movember 1 is the kick-off event for Mo Bros and Mo Sistas (female participants) to start the month off right in support of Movember, the global men’s health charity that raises awareness and funds for men’s health through the power of the moustache.
