Poland: Magazine taps the Baltic Sea's surf scene

Magazine Updates launches the first surfing magazine in Poland

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 29 November, 2011 : - - We're pleased to announce the launch of the first Polish surfing magazine SURFMAG. The idea of the magazine is to promote surfing among Polish people, proving that, although we have limited access to waves in our country (the Baltic sea can be very unpredictable), the number of Polish surfers and general interest in surfing in Poland are growing rapidly.

The main focus of the magazine is to present Polish surfers, photographers, artists, and anyone involved in the surf culture in our country, and that is why, apart from the current news about Kelly's 11th world title, all the remaining coverage is fully devoted to the Polish scene.

Understanding the relation of action sports in Poland, we're not limited to surfing, but we also write about kitesurfing, wakeboarding, and rapidly growing longboard culture in our country, hoping that one day we'll all meet surfing the waves.
