Electric adds Nazaré photographer and activist as ambassador
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 27 February, 2015 - Oporto, Portugal - Electric has welcomed Portuguese-born photographer Tó Mané to their growing team. Tó Mané's name became synonymous with Nazaré, as his photos of the Atlantic big-wave behemoth went viral in 2013.
In 1998, Tó Mané published his first picture in a surf magazine, and from that moment on those passions became inseparable.
He has been distinguished by several international prizes, such as The 45 Most Powerful Photos Of 2013, The Most Surprising Photos of 2013 and National Geographic Spontaneous Adventure.
Tó Mané fights for social and environmental values and he supports initiatives and associations such as Surf for Food, Freewaters Project, and Associação Portuguesa de Surf Adaptado.
