Skullcandy employs software for integration into SAP platform

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 14 January, 2014 - Provider of web-based enterprise software, Sparc Retail announces that Park City, Utah based Skullcandy has gone live on the HubSoft suite of online sales, reporting and inventory management tools for both its domestic core dealers and international distributors.

For Skullcandy Global Systems Manager Mark Hopkins, the goal was to find a platform of enterprise web-based tools that was intuitive to both use and administrate, yet market proven and fully robust in functionality. Also required was a manageable integration to Skullcandy’s SAP platform.

Skullcandy Dealer Services Rep Jeff Earl counts among his favorite features the ability for sales teams to setup custom product segmentation among the different sales channels, the streamlining of the order process, simple access to order history, and of course access to real time product catalogs with availability and promotions.

Skullcandy’s new B2B portal provides critical business intelligence reporting, and integrates Dealer CRM to allow sales reps and their internal support teams to manage and track account activity from prospecting through order management and related support.
