Surf Snowdonia says Jo will lead surf academy team
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 26 March, 2015 - Surf Snowdonia announced today the appointment of Jo Dennison as head coach at the park's surf academy which is slated to open in July of this year.

The 29-year old from Pembrokeshire is a multiple British and Welsh surf champion, and a former British Junior Team coach. She has twice surfed as part of the British team at the ISA World Surfing Games, she’s taken part in the ASP World Qualifying Series since 2011 and has been a Billabong team rider since 2009.
Jo has extensive teaching experience, from instructing the British Junior Team at the 2012 ISA World Surfing Games in Panama, to teaching absolute beginners at afterschool clubs in Wales.
Her decade-long coaching experience includes extensive work in Europe and North Africa, as well as in Australia, where she worked on the highly-regarded Surf Grom junior development programme. She is a qualified ISA Level 2 surf instructor.
Jo will lead a team which will deliver expert tuition in surfing, bodyboarding, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, surf yoga, surf fitness and open water swimming. Her first task will be to build her team in the months ahead of opening.
