Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 29 October, 2009 : - - Four Oceans 09 starts on the 2nd November and finishes on the 7th and 8th with the 2nd stage of the European Longboard Tour which has a  4000 prize money. The activities in the local city of Faro during the week and the presence of the best longboarders in Europe are the right ingredients for a super event in Portugal. This competition is also a national event.
