  • Patagonia, DryCase, Rip Curl & Dakine wet-drypacks scrutinized
The Wet & Dry Of Surf Treks: Four waterproof packs tested

5 March, 2015 - REVIEW: As far as bad-things-on-a-camping-trip go, wet socks and soggy crackers are tied for first place. For this feature we reviewed waterproof backpacks/wet-drypacks (the marketing terms vary) from Patagonia, DryCase, Rip Curl and Dakine. All bags use a roll & clip closure method and welded seems. Nic von Rupp explores a Euro's space in the surf world

1 March, 2015 - INTERVIEW: How many pros speak four languages? For the European crew it’s no big deal, but consider for a moment if one of the Gudauskas brothers or Dane Reynolds had to become fluent in several tongues to meet what’s expected of them as pros. With a surf industry based in Australia and California, this is something aspiring Euros have to hurdle.
