Independent Sales Representative/Agency for Northern California, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Territories
KIALOA Paddles is looking for energetic, experienced, results-oriented independent sales reps with proven track records for succeeding in a sales territory and increasing bottom line sales. We are a leading manufacturer of Stand Up Paddles around the world looking to expand our team with people with the Aloha spirit.
Primary Responsibilities:
· 3+ years of outside sales experience in the Outdoor Industry
· Support company sales and service strategies and tactics
· Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers
· Build and strengthen existing relationships with buyers, staff and sponsored athletes
· Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
· Train in-store sales staff
· Participate in trade shows
· Attend events and sales meetings
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of outside sales experience in the Outdoor Industry
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Willingness to travel
· Motivated, self-managed and reliable
· Experience in Surf or Paddlesports industries preferred
Compensation:
· Commission based on sales

A great opportunity for an a Junior Account Manager or Brand Agent to join an agency that works with a highly reputable Energy Drink Brand focusing on activation within the Action Sports and lifestyle Sector in Ireland.
