XElements the UK’s free surf, skate & snowboard magazine founded in 2002 by Mark Wayne is re-launching this summer with the support of Lyonsdown Publishing. Mark continues in his role as editor, it is his spirit, passion & voice that is XElements.
Lyonsdown Publishing are now looking for Ad sales people to join the XElements team as we build up to the re- launch, this in an excellent opportunity to be involved early on in an exciting project as we look to build the XElements brand and play an integral part in the promotion of surf, skate and snowboarding in the UK.
Previous advertising sales experience would be an advantage but not essential, more important is that you are prepared to work hard, have a good sense of humour, want to be part of a team that is passionate about what we do, you do need to be able to ride (don’t care if you are a sponsored rider or someone that lives for the time they get to skate or ride, been surfing or snowboarding once & has been bitten- as long as you have passion for boardsports & the culture)
Currently our office is in Mill Hill, NW London (we are looking for new offices closer to central London) the position is mainly office based telesales but the nature of the business means that there are perks, trips to events in the mountains, beach, skate parks etc and exhibitions, of course the downside is you’d probably be there with Mark!

O’Neill Europe B.V. in The Netherlands is looking to recruit a creative talented Graphic Designer for our Marketing & PR Department with great interest for the O’Neill lifestyle.
The successful applicant will develop graphic designs and support our Marketing & PR department by generating innovative and eye catching designs for a wide range of marketing communication initiatives across the entire range of O’Neill clothing, promotions and events.
He/ she will;
· Be responsible for designing graphic expressions, communication concepts, advertising, magazines, brochures, school products, POS material and event design;
· Provide graphic support for meetings and (trade) fairs;
· Produce art and layout in English for reproduction in print and media;
· Proof and prepare all artwork and designs for print/manufacture to the maximum professional level of compatibility for production and editing by printer/manufactures throughout Europe and the Far East.
The successful candidate has:
· A higher professional education in graphic design;
· At least 5 years relevant work experience preferable for brands that target a youthful and dynamic audience;
· Knowledge of photography and experience with photo shoots is a plus
· Ability to set up creative concepts independently;
· Passion for the O’Neill surf and snowboard lifestyle;
· Good knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign;
· Excellent knowledge of the English knowledge, Dutch is a plus;
· Ability to work to tight deadlines;
· Ability to work in a team and to coordinate the team;
· The willingness to live in The Netherlands.
