Magicseaweed.com Online Retail Store Manager (South West UK)
We're looking for a highly motivated manager to come and take full control of our busy online surf store here in the UK and continue it's growth.
You should be passionate about surfing, with strong IT and communication skills, an understanding of retail and a real desire to work in an environment that gives you the independence to put your ideas into practice, and share generously in the results. We hope the job offers a great opportunity to combine a rewarding and well paid career with working with people who also value their leisure, surf and family time.
We're open minded about who might be ideal for this role, but any of the following would be a benefit:
- Online retail experience.
- Experience with editing and authoring web content.
- Computer based graphic design skills.
- Retail management experience.
- Experience in the surf retail sector.
In return we're looking to offer a good basic wage and an uncapped bonus scheme with an unlimited earnings potential for the right candidate, coupled with a relaxed working environment in South Devon, UK and some flexibility to fit the working day around the surf.

Surfersvillage are seeking sales representatives for directory listings sales. Sales include the Shapers Bay directory, Surf Schools directory, and Surf Camps directory.
The product offered provides a valuable service to the client and public, and a real service to the industry. Pricing is extremely attractive.
Directories are accessable on the Surfersvillage network and are available to over 1.5 million visitors per month. That traffic volume is growing at 270% per annum.
The position will suit those sales personnell who are highly motivated self-starters, interested in earning an above average income, and ongoing residual commissions.
A knowledge of the surf-industry, and the desire to be in constant contact with Shapers, Surf School & Surf Camp operators will be beneficial.
Previous experience in advertising sales or classified adverts sales would be a distinct advantage.
Reimbursement is by way of a generous commission structure, including a company supplied car after a certain threshold of sales volume has been achieved.
