BeachtownGIRLS Surf Company located in the South Bay (LA County) is offering
a freelance graphic design position.
Pay per project. Must know Illustrator or Corel draw. Can design prints for tops, jackets, etc. You do not have to be a Van Gogh. We want simple designs from a SURFER WHO ACTUALLY SURFS.
Not a difficult position.
FIRST QUALIFICATION:
Must be a girl or woman surfer. 18 and over. Thank you.
You must have been surfing for more than 2 years.
Short board or longboard. Don't matter.
SECOND QUALIFICATION:
That you surf consistently.
THIRD QUALIFICATION:
That you live in LA or ORANGE COUNTY.

To be considered for this position, a candidate must be professional, highly motivated, and well organized, with a vast knowledge of the specialty retail Beach/Surf market in the relevant territory.
Responsibilities:
-Building and increasing sales within the territory;
-Developing and maintaining strong relationship with key retailers;
-In-store visits and service calls on a regular basis;
-Seasonal product showings and order pre-booking;
-In-store merchandising of products and POP display;
-Detailed planning and execution of growth plans within the territory.
Qualifications:
-Must have prior knowledge and experience of selling within relevant territory and an established account base history;
-Two years outside sales experience (not mandatory);
-A great personality with strong written and verbal communication skills;
