Epoxy experience desireable, vacuum bagging and mold building are a plus.

We are searching for a Assistant manager for a retail surf/watersports shop.
The product lines consist of surf products, kayaks, kiteboarding gear, wakeboards and waterskis as well as snow product. The person hired will be responsible for the following duties:
- Welcome and consult customers with expertise in watersports products
- Act as lead sales person helping motivate other staff members
- Contribute and achieve monthly sales target for the Shop,
- Cultivate and maintain customer relations,
- Take part in visual merchandising,
- Administer stock (follow-up, control, inventories),
- Participate to achieve monthly prize and bonuses.
Skills and Education: Sales experience a must, preferably some watersports experience, excellent organizational ability, highly motivated, and high energy, well groomed and ready to make money.
We have limited part time positions available as well.
Starting salary for Retail Store Assistant Manager is $11 to $18 per hour depending on experience. Commissions based on sales. For both positions - you must be available to work weekends.
