    Location: Jeffreys Bay, South Africa

    Primary Purpose of Position: Manage the group’s retail stores to maximize profitability through the effective use of resources. Grow the group’s retail stores (concept + multi brand) in line with company’s business plan and in line with market opportunities and needs. Supervise the day to day operations of all stores and motivate store managers to drive their teams in order to exceed sales targets. Manage all property related to our stores; secure and negotiate best lease, location and re-negotiations on current lease agreements.

    Qualifications/ Memberships:
    Tertiary Business Management Degree or Retail Diploma an advantage.

    Experience: Critical

    *Proven experience in a volume retail sales environment incorporating front line sales and supervision of 30+ staff
