121 Surf Coach continues its momentum as one of the leading surf coaching companies in Europe. Distancing itself from the homogenous surf school industry, 121 surf coach continues to supply private surf coaching and unique surf courses for all abilities.
We are currently looking for a surf coach with at least a level two BSA qualification (or similar) and must hold a full lifeguard qualification. More importantly the candidate must have great people skills as well as a high standard of personal surfing, this will reflect in a high rate of pay.
Surf coaching is based at Watergate Bay, four miles north of Newquay.
