UK Office Coordinator
You will be responsible for the day running of the office, offering administrative support to the Country Manager and the UK Sales team.
You’ll be the main contact between UK Headquarters and UK Sales.
Your missions:
- Responsible for the UK banking, liaising with and reporting to European Head Office
- Deal with customers’ enquiries and answer the phone. Act as the first point of call for visitors to the Company
- Undertake general administration work on behalf of the UK team: maintaining staff holiday records, updating when necessary; responsible for the administration of company vehicles, insurance, monthly expenses, etc…
- Coordinate deliveries to Head Office, showrooms and reps
- Manage the UK showroom.
- Dealing with UK wetsuit returns
We seek candidates who demonstrate a wide range of skills including:
- Administrative skills including computer knowledge of PC based programs and Lotus Notes
- Friendly manner
- Good team player but can also work alone
- Adaptable and pro-active
The salary is commensurate with the role.

We are currently looking for someone in our Customer Services Department in Hossegor in the South of France:
Sales Assistant - England/Belgium
Reporting back to the Customer Services Manager, you will have constant contact with clients, representatives and transport companies.
POSITION
In constant contact with clients, the sales assistant is in charge of managing customer orders (inputing orders, confirmation of returns to clients etc).
She/he will be the interface between clients and prospects, representatives and different services inside the company as well as managing commercial contracts with clients.
She/he will take into consideration the specifics of every country that she/he is taking care of (payment methods, procedures, commercial agreements...).
REQUIREMENTS
Must be absolutely bilingual English/French - Dutch would be a great addition.
Total knowledge of computer systems: AS400; Word, Excel etc..
Good telephone and communication skills.
Able to work alone and to coordinate information coming from different sources within given time frames.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Working in the marketing department, under direction from the, Director of Marketing, you will be managing the design and development process of various projects with in Nixon’s strategy in terms of material needed for special events, trade shows, sales/mkt materials.
Advertising material, re format and preparations for all European markets. Co-ordinate production of materials designed, with production manager. Also ability to mange multiple projects, work independent and in an team environment. Work closely with design department at Nixon INC in the USA.

SKILLS
Qualifications:
- Strong computer knowledge (Illustrator, Photoshop and In-design).
- Strong design and conceptual skills.
- Ability to design around concepts.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication and presentation skills
- Required to travel domestically and internationally.
- Knowledge of photography and experience with photo shoots is a plus.
- Ability to set up creative concepts independently.
- Languishes; English fluent, French is a plus.

The Press Officer of O’Neill Europe will assist the PR European Partner Manager and manage the Press Office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all incoming questions of press, through the press website, and also via telephone/email;
- Be in constant contact with press contacts (especially with contacts in the surf/snow lifestyle) through press releases, news and photography about events, team riders, collection;
- Increase the number of press contacts by bringing new, creative ideas about how to approach the press in the best way possible;
- Follow up of media enquiries (f.e. photo shoots, or custom footage of events, team riders or collection);
- Daily contact with PR officers from distributors;
- Keep the European press clippings up to date, and collect all clippings from our European distributors;
- Be part of project teams; create new ideas for special marketing projects, contribute to setting up and finalizing these projects;
- Coordinate sponsored press trips;
- Create press tools, f.e. press cd’s;
- Keep the press section at www.oneilleurope.com up to date.
- Management of all incoming email at the info@oneilleurope.com email address
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and/ or Communications
- Proficient of MS Office, Photo Shop, Acrobat
- Good verbal and written communication in the Dutch and English language. French/ German/ Italian/ Spanish is an advantage
- Elaborate and demonstrable working experience within the area as asked (minimum of 1 year)
