    To be part of our team you’ll need to have:

    · Bucket loads of personality.

    · Work well with daily timelines to ensure that all packages are booked and dispatched correctly.

    · Be customer-focused – demonstrating the ability to empathise with the customer.

    · Have management experience – ideally including management of customer service/ telephone sales teams.

    · Have a basic understanding of processing orders, stock management, managing backorders and next day delivery services.

    · Demonstrate excellent communication skills – a confident telephone manner and excellent written skills, combined with the ability to communicate with a range of different people.

    · Be open, honest and fair when managing people.

    · Excel at problem solving.

    · Think systematically – demonstrating the ability to identify possible problems and system limitations, and to work through them to find a solution.

    · Oversee Customer Service area and office, ensure that all duties are completed on a daily basis.

    · Demonstrate flexibility – including the ability to manage in changing environments and under pressure and assist with any part of the business when necessary.

    · Be internet savvy and computer literate.

    · Believe in doing what it takes to keep our customers happy!

    Experience required for the position

    · At least 1 years of previous Customer Service or Sales experience

    · References from your previous employers will be required

    1) Un/une Assistant(e) Recouvrement - pôle Italie

    Rattaché(e) au Responsable Recouvrement, vous serez en charge, pour le pôle Italie, du recouvrement d'un portefeuille de clients pour les marques Billabong et Nixon (relance clients, lettrage des comptes, etc).

    PROFIL DU POSTE

    L’assistant(e) Recouvrement est en charge de la comptabilité client (suivi des encaissements, saisie des règlements, relance des clients,…). L’assistant(e) Recouvrement est en relation permanente avec les clients, soit directement, soit par le biais d’un tiers organisme.
    Il/elle tiendra compte des spécificités propres aux pays qui lui sont affectés.

    Ses principales missions sont notamment:
    - Relance écrite et téléphonique des clients en coordination avec la force de vente;
    - Réalisation de reportings hebdomadaires;
    - Gestion des contentieux;
    - Etc...


    COMPETENCES REQUISES

    - Impérativement bilingue ITALIEN/ FRANCAIS;
    - Maîtrise des logiciels informatiques : AS 400, Word, Excel,...
    - Formation et expérience comptable;
    - Aisance téléphonique/ capacités de communication;
    - Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à coordonner des informations provenant de différentes sources dans le respect des délais impartis.
