Already widely distributed in both the UK and European Surf and Streetwear markets, Mambo is now poised to commence the exciting next stage of growth.

In anticipation of this growth, the following positions have become available:

UK SALES MANAGER – London (Ref#: MSM1)
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to head our UK Sales Team.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills to lead a team of dedicated and driven Sales Representatives to surpass targets. In addition, your proven skills in maintaining and building strong business relationships with key customers will be supported by commercial expertise.
You will present ranges, implement sales and marketing strategies, smash sales targets and influence product development by delivering market and consumer feedback. Additionally, as a senior member of the Management Team, you will possess excellent external and internal communication skills.

UK SALES REPRESENTATIVES – Regional (Ref# MSR1)
Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, we require enthusiastic candidates to join our young and growing team. We seek dynamic and organized candidates, with excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will be IT literate, have the ability to think independently and on your feet, whilst participating in a team environment. Previous sales experience is highly beneficial, preferably within the surf or Streetwear markets.

OUTERWEAR DESIGNER – Contract (Ref# MOD1)
This role is responsible for the design and development of Mambo's Snow range for the European winter season.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience designing technical snow ranges, coupled with a great understanding of fabrics and finishing details. Your design skills will be matched by your ability to technically specify the collection, following this through to completion of finished samples.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, highly creative designer, with strong communication and presentation skills, who is committed to excellence, from design right through to product presentation This role is a contract role, with the candidate selected being responsible for the completion of the European Winter Collection. An immediate start is desired.

DESIGNER (CLOTHING)- London (Ref# MDC1)
We are seeking a multi skilled designer with a design skill set across all aspects of garment design. The position will implement the European design function to the global Mambo range. This role would suit a designer who enjoys the variety of men’s and women's design, with the ability to mix the directional product with the commercial element. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience designing, and complement this with a thorough knowledge of the supply chain, with extensive relevant computer experience a pre-requisite. The right candidate will demonstrate strong organisation, communication and presentation skills.

SHIPPING COORDINATOR – London (Ref# MSC1)
We require an experienced Shipping Coordinator responsible for all company freight logistics. The successful candidate will be experienced in coordinating both sampling and bulk production into the country as well as onto mainland Europe. Experience in liaising with factories, scheduling of shipments, container and packing logistics as well as liaising with Cargo Service are all integral to this key position. You will also have a thorough understanding of document requirements and completion procedures. Additionally, an understanding of the Axapta Shipping Module and Filemaker are highly beneficial or similar, where the receiving of shipments, movement through the system and tracking of all related costs are paramount.
Excellent organisational and communications skills are imperative through all aspects of this varied role.
