Billabong's international riders join Indonesia team for workout

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 24 October, 2011 : - - Following the high performance surfing at the Pro Junior that wrapped up earlier this week, the Billabong Indonesia team was joined by some international Billabong riders and lucky locals for a training session at Canggu this morning.

Coach Sasha Stoker called the motley bunch to order at 8am with some fitness and core training before sending the riders to the water for specific skill development. Not all of the surfers were as familiar with the exercises let alone the fitness element required of the athletes, but they motivated each other and approached each challenge grinning from ear to ear.

In spite of the small waves and the session being for training, we captured some serious surfing going on. Check out the spectacular action for yourself.
