Thousands of rabid Portuguese surf fans miss Vasco's ten during technical mishap
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 13 July, 2012 : - - Vasco Ribeiro already counting with a 7.83 ride on his score line, takes off on his third wave and scores a perfect 10! The crowd on the beach goes crazy and his opponents, Ezekiel Lau and Mason Ho, can do nothing but battle for second place.
Meanwhile the webcast is off due to technical difficulties and thousands of portuguese surf fans have no way of watching their golden boy but getting a perfect ride. For hours no one could do anything but wonder how the wave was ridden. But the wait is over since the video “The Unseen 10” was released by Onfire.
