Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 27 September, 2012 : - - The ASP provides the following reminder of the ASP Cancellation rules for any surfers who may need to cancel an upcoming event entry;
        
ASP CANCELLATION RULES: If you need to cancel your entry and the event hasn’t yet closed for entries; you will be able to cancel your own entry by logging into your ASP Online Member account and select ‘Event Registrations’ then find the entry and click ‘Cancel’. If the event has already closed and you are confirmed for the event, you cannot cancel online, you will need to do the following;

1. Your entry cancellation notice must be in writing (email, letter or fax) and sent to our office asap. All cancellations must go to Cindy May cindy@aspworldtour.com or fax +61 7 5599 3550.

2. Cancellations due to medical/injury reasons must be supported with a medical/doctors note and sent to our office within 48 hours after sending through your cancellation notice.

3. Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event, but not within the 7 days before the event starts; Entries will only be refunded (less an admin fee) if the cancellation is supported with a medical/doctors note. You will not receive a refund if you do not supply a note.

4. Cancellations within 7 days prior to the event start; No entry refund, and you must supply a medical/doctors note or you will receive a fine. Fines can be up to US$1000.
These cancellation rules apply to all surfers entered into ASP sanctioned events. For more information please refer to the ASP Rule Book found here:
