Crap Surfer by Nicky Woodhouse makes the Short List
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 8 October, 2012 : - - London Surf /Film Festival is stoked to announce the final list of Shorties, presented by The National Trust, to be screened at this year’s festival. 'The quality of Shorties submitted to this year’s competition has been especially high. The final voting was incredibly tight and I know the judges had a really tough task in choosing the shortlist of films,' says LS/FF Creative Director Demi Taylor.
“The Shorties have been getting a lot of recognition across the world, and we are all really excited to be showcasing the pick of the short films on the big screen alongside this year’s hottest international features.” The Shorties short film competition was established in 2011 as a platform to support and promote homegrown talents on the world stage. This year there will be 12 short films from across the UK and Ireland, screened over the four days.
