Clean 2-3 foot waves kick off Volcom's first Goldfish event of the year

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 15 October, 2012 : - - The Volcom VQS Goldfish Series kicked off it's first event at Morro Bay on Saturday, October 6th. The kids of Central California showed up in force. They were greeted with clean 2-3 foot waves in the morning and stuck it out through gusty winds in the afternoon, showing that they are a tough bunch that can handle anything. Shaun Burns took top honors in the Pro-Am division earning himself $1,000 while Vinny Leonelli won the Juniors division.
