Garrett McNamara on track for the 100ft wave in Portugal
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 22 October, 2012 : - - Garrett McNamara has warmed up for the biggest waves in the world at Praia do Norte, Nazaré, Portugal. Wave conditions at Praia do Norte have been getting better, and Garrett has already been training on the huge waves. Perfect lines and 33 ft sets have been coming through the Nazare canyon.
Kelly Slater, Joel Parkinson, Evan Geiselman, Beau Foster and João de Macedo are some surfers who recently towed-in on the monstor waves. Garret is anticipating large swells until the end of October, or early November.
