Ted Kunkel retires from Billabong Board
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 17 November, 2012 : - - Gold Coast - Long serving Billabong International Limited Board member and former Company Chairman Ted Kunkel has retired from the Board, effective today. Mr Kunkel announced his intention to formally step down from the Board at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 24 October 2012.
“On behalf of the Board I’d like to thank Ted for his commitment and contribution over the last 11 years,” said Billabong Chairman Ian Pollard. “The Board is undergoing a period of renewal with three new appointments in the last eight months and I appreciate Ted’s considerable efforts to ensure there has been a smooth transition”.
