Surfer dies in WA's south-west
Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 24 November, 2012 : - - A 58-year-old man has died while surfing at a popular beach at Margaret River in Perth's South-West. Police say the Scarborough man had been surfing at Surfers Point at Prevelly Beach on Saturday morning, before his body was discovered in the water by another surfer.
Attempts to revive him failed.
Police are not treating the man's death as suspicious but are investigating the circumstances surrounding it.
Officers will prepare a report for the Coroner.
