Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 7 January, 2013 : - - La Cote Basque hosted the Rats Cup last year. More party and video than contest, this event combines surfing in the southwest of France mixed with beautiful women, rat masks and some Basque culture. Yes, and there's some good surfing too.
