Men’s and women’s Wave Of The Year nominees airs

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 22 January, 2013 : - - As part of the 2013 ASP World Surfing Awards the ASP has launched a clip of the four best men's and four best women's rides from last year. Kelly Slater, Michel Bourez, Yadin Nicol and Gabriel Medina emerge from impossible barrels in the men's category while Sally Fitzgibbons, Lakey Peterson, Stephanie Gilmore and Tyler Wright go big in the women's category.

Fans can place a vote for the Men’s and Women’s Wave Of The Year categories and not only will you help decide one of the night’s most prestigious awards, but you will also automatically place yourself in the running for a Joel Parkinson signature model JS Surfboard. valued at $840.

The winner will be drawn at random and announced over the live broadcast of the 2013 ASP World Surfing Awards on Feb 28th.
