Revolucion Shaping introduces new surfboard shaping machine

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 25 February, 2013 : - - Revolucion Shaping Co. introduces a new surfboard shaping machine. The new machine is a game changer for the industry because it is extremely simple to operate and the revolutionary design make this machine the new player on the block.

The machine is the the most inexpensive industrial shaping cnc on the market, it is built super strong, will cut stringers and timber boards. The design is so well though out, that the machine is extremely easy to maintain or fix if something need to be changed over the years. It uses the highest quality linear rails, aluminum bosch frame and top of the line gecko drivers pack in one mean package. The machine are built in America, one by one, we take pride in our work and they are built with the highest precision and care.

The machine include hotwire module to cut EPS blanks, dust extraction system, 400mm of travel on the Z axis, laser centering system and suction cup board holder, all priced at 18 000 euro for 3800mm length, enough to cut shortboards to SUP. Custom sizes are also available.
