A Night with the Great White - Sharks, Seals, and You

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 26 February, 2013 : - - Join us as experts shed light on the increased sightings of Great White Sharks off our coast and how this may affect your ocean water activities. Speakers include Peter Howorth, of the Santa Barbara Marine Mammal Center and Ralph S. Collier of the Shark Research Committee.

The date is Friday, March 1st. The doors will open at 6:00PM and the program will begin at 7:00PM. The location is the  Corwin Pavilion, University California Santa Barbara campus. Tickets are $10 General Admission - $5 for UCSB Students with valid identification.

Proceeds benefit the Santa Barbara Marine Mammal Center and the Shark Research Committee.  The Corwin Pavilion is adjacent to the UCSB University Center. To reserve tickets ahead of time, please email; ivsurfrider @ gmail.com. Tickets will be held at the door until 6:30PM.
