Miss Reef Spain elected at Palma de Mallorca

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 11 September, 2005 : - - Saturday, august 27th, Reef Spain elected Palma de Mallorca beach to celebrate its so famous Miss Reef Contest. The Mallorca surf action 05 event was the perfect opportunity for Reef to be present since the best Spanish pros of wakeboard, kitesurfing, windsurfing, bmx, skateboard…were gathered for 2 days of exhibitions.

14 girls from 6 different nations paraded and danced in front of a crowd which for the first time could be present at the most famous contest of beaches worldwide. Rhythms of brazilian band D.Brazil were encouraging our candidates and after 3 intense rounds, the winners were Agustina Schilardi, Laura Perez and Maria-Eugenia Scalise.

Enric Dosta, Alex Pages and Iñaki Anitua, 100% REEF team riders were in charged of giving the prices to the 3 beauties of this awesome day.
Once again it was an incredible party which didn’t lack sun nor sensuality!

Our team riders also gave us a very good show. Iñaki Anitua wakeboard rider and Enric Dosta wakeskate rider, were lucky with perfect sea conditions which enabled them to ride meters from the beach where the crowd was going mad. It was not surprising that Enric was made Spanish wakeskateboarding champion a week before!

Alex Pages, our 100% kitesurf team rider, who was stucked on the beach until Sunday, took a good advantage of the few windy moments to fascinate the public and photographers throwing every tricks that came to his mind, going each time bigger!
