    Surf Media Sales Representatives required

    Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 11 May 2008: - - The Surfing Year Book publishers are looking for Media Sales Executives in USA, Europe and Australasia, as well as other  areas, to join it’s growing team.

    European territories include, UK & Irl, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Canaries, Germany, Rest of Europe
    Australiasia territories include, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Japan, Pacific Islands 
    USA territories include, USA, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada, Central America, Caribbean
    Other territories include, Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Ecuador etc

    Applicants should be highly-motivated self-starters with experience in the surf market, and a desire to build and expand market-share. A strong advertising sales history is required, and a passion for surfing is a distinct advantage.

    Responsibilities include:-
    Building and managing a client portfolio.
    Telephone & in person sales for print and online media.
    Liasing with sales executives in the other territories.

    Applicants should have;-
    At least two to three years experience in media/advertising sales
    A comprehensive industry contacts portfolio
    Ability to deal with a demanding & varied workload
    Excellent time management skills (work to deadlines)

    The position is commission based with generous remuneration. Potential exists for a base salary depending on the applicants experience and performance.

    Hours are flexible, and the appointed applicant may be based anywhere in his/her respective territory.
