VELZY's TEMPLATES STOLEN - NOT COMPLETE VELZY COLLECTION BUT IMPORTANT NEVER THE LESS...

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 16 April, 2007 : - - Dale Velzy's  historical shaping templates were stolen from their rightful owner and surf historian, Bruce Gabrielson. Please help Bruce recover these important and historical treasures. We can't let this insidious cancer attack our surfing culture and history.

Two ot Dale Velzy's original 1960s templates were among the items taken from Bruce's Wave Trek Surfboards Shop in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, while he attended Easter Surf Fest in Cocoa Beach.  One of the two was Dale's "Pig" template.  Both templates were shorter board sizes, about 6 feet in length.  None of his other templates or equipment were taken
