Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 28 September, 2007 : - - Just over a week before the 2007 Oakley Xpress Yourself Surf Competition presented by Globe takes place and things are looking pretty damn good! With entries rolling in, including the U.K’s top stars of the Junior Divisions, Fistral beach in Newquay will be erupting with surfing talent!

Taking place on the 6th & 7th of October, the competition is sure to attract surf with surf reports going rainbow coloured as the event dates set in the middle of the swell season! Divisions including Under 12’s, Under 16’s Boys and Under 16 Girls and the new category to come on board on the XPY scene, Pro Junior, the waves at Fistral beach will be torn to pieces by young rippers from across the kingdom.

With Main Sponsor Oakley and presenting the event Globe, not to mention the other sponsors on board such as Xbox and Carveboard, the prizes this year will be off the rails!! There will also be cash prizes for all 4 finalists of each category so with these prizes and money up for grabs, it would be a crime to not make the scene!!
