Toronto warms up to new Quiksilver store

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 10 October, 2007 : - - Toronto, Canada - Quiksilver, the leading brand in boardriding, today announced the opening of a 2,300-square-foot, company-owned, full-priced retail store on Queen Street in the heart of one of Toronto's most vibrant communities. The new store, the Company's second in Canada, offers a distinctive selection of Quiksilver, Roxy, Quiksilver Kids and Roxy Girl to serve the hip and fashionable local youth.

Quiksilver's strategic retail expansion into Canada with the new Toronto store highlights the Company's commitment to spreading the boardriding lifestyle by developing a strong presence in every major city in the Americas. The new Quiksilver Store will host a media and VIP grand opening party, complete with live entertainment, fashion show, drinks and food, on October 11 at 9:00 p.m. The store is located at 399 Queen Street West, and all invitees must RSVP to RSVP@Quiksilvercanada.com.
