Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 28 November, 2007 : - - Californian Surf Footwear Brand Cool Shoe Co. is pleased to announce the signing of Tahitian Steven  Pierson to the Team. At just 23 years of age Steven is an amazing Tuberider with an important palmares that includes Tahitian Champion 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2007, Pacific Games 2007 Champion, 8th in ISA World Surfing Games Junior 2002 and a 3rd Round in Tahiti Pro 2006 Teahupoo.

His explosive and progressive style of surfing is comparable to his models Mick Fanning and his friend Michel Bourez… Steven, a local of Taharuu and Maoti, aimed to take part in european WQS and get in Top100. On signing the agreement Steven stated, “I’m really happy to have the support from Cool, I love using their flip flop and I’m also enjoyed to have my own signature model soon”.

Local de Taharuu et Moati, Steven a pour objectif de prendre part aux WQS Européens et d’entrer dans le Top 100 dès l’année prochaine. Après avoir signé le contrat de partenariat, Steven déclare : «  je suis vraiment content du soutient apporté par Cool, je suis un inconditionnel des Tongs et il me tarde d’avoir mon propre pro model ».
