OCEAN & EARTH SIGNS BOBBY MARTINEZ TO LONG-TERM SPONSORSHIP DEAL

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 6 February, 2008 : - - Huntington Beach, Ca .-- Australia-based Ocean & Earth International and Huntington Beach, Calif.-based subsidiary Ocean & Earth Products, Inc., jointly announced today the signing of current Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) world top 10 surfer Bobby Martinez, 25, to a multi-year sponsorship agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Martinez will exclusively use and endorse Ocean & Earth-branded surfboard travel bags, traction, leashes and surf accessories, as he contends for top honors on the ASP World Champion-ship Tour (WCT). "I am excited to be able to surf for the Ocean & Earth team, and I am looking forward to designing my own signature pad, which will be out shortly," said Martinez.

"Bobby is an international talent, and his solid character and personal story transcend international lines and cultural boundaries," said Paul Munten, CEO of Ocean & Earth International. "Bobby surfs with so much style. He's a super nice guy who lets his surfing do the talking. He's a perfect ambassador of our brand globally, a mainstay in the hotbed of California surf culture, and we’re honored to have him with us."

Amongst numerous juniors titles and several WCT wins, Martinez was honored by the ASP as "Rookie of the Year" (2006), and he was acknowledged with Surfer Poll Awards for "Breakout Performer of the Year" (2006) and "Best Barrel" (2007).

Dave Nielsen, VP of Ocean & Earth (USA) said: "We're stoked to have Bobby on board with us.  He's an amazingly talented surfer and a good guy, a great torch-bearer for American surfing and the sport overall, and it underscores O&E's commitment to the U.S. market and its relevance to business globally."
