The FBA # 4 took place at Flagler Beach

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 26 March, 2008 : - - The FBA # 4 took place this past Saturday, March 22nd at Flagler Beach. Conditions were in the 2-3 ft range and glassy. With that event in the books, the Florida Bodyboarding Association has successfully finished the season.
