Vestal updates: collection to launch June 27th, Black Lips tour, more

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 24 April, 2008 : - - Mark your calendars for the launch of Vestal's latest collection taking place at Vestal Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA on Friday June 27th - 8pm. The event will feature Dark Meat, a 17 piece psychedelic rock collective, a Rock DJ set by Travis Keller (Buddyhead), many special guests and a preview of the Fall/Holiday Vestal line.

Thanks to everyone who came out for the world premeire of Vestal's surf film "Behind the Black Curtain."  The crowd gathered at Becker Surfboards in Corona del Mar, CA to watch the film and rub elbows with two of the stars of "Behind the Black Curtain" Clay Marzo and Timmy Curran. 

Vestal surf team members Clay Marzo & Mitch Coleborn are featured in Surfer Magazines "Top 100" as the 10th and 11th positions respectively. Also, Vestal surf team member Dion Agius featured in two page spread in the June issue of Surfing Magazine.

VESTAL FEATURED ARTIST BLACK LIPS ON TOUR WITH RACONTEURS: In addition to headlining the Mojave tent at this year's Coachella Festival, Vestal Featured Artist Black Lips are hitting the road to support the Raconteurs this summer.  In other Black Lips news, click HERE to view the latest video for "O Katrina!" The video is a celebration of New Orleans, hometown to Ian St. Pe.
