Liquid Tribe hires new General Manager

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 4 July, 2008 : - - La Jolla -- Liquid Tribe, LLC; the La Jolla based investment arm of Reef founders Fernando and Santiago Aguerre, has hired Gustavo F. Lanatta as General Manager.Gustavo’s professional background is primarily in real estate investments and financing. Gustavo holds an MBA from the Universtity of Phoenix and enjoys surfing and other action sports.

He will report to Fernando Aguerre, CEO and Liquid Dreamer of LT.The brothers have focused their post Reef investments in Action Sports and real estate.

They continue to be very active in humanitarian, environmental and surfing development matters.Fernando serves as President of the IOC recognized ISA (International Surfing Association) as well as Chairman of Liquid Nation Ball, the surfing industry’s humanintarian fundraiser, member of the Advisory Boards of SIMA and SurfAid International, and Honorary President of Surfrider Argentina.

Fernando is currently writing a book about the Latin art of mixing pleasure and work.Santiago serves on the Board of Directors of SurfAid International and SurfAid USA, and is a member of a San Diego YPO chapter.Both continue to surf near their homes in La Jolla, California and around the world.
