Body Glove's Bruce Irons beats the best on his way out

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 11 August, 2008 : - - Bruce Irons recently announced to the world that he is going to retire from the ASP Pro Tour to concentrate on being the best free surfer on the planet. On his way out the door he decided to show the world that he can still beat the best especially in heaving left hand barrels 'somewhere' in Indonesia.

Bruce beat his good friend Fred Patacchia in the final by finding the right waves and killing them with deep barrels and big backhand bashes. Bruce currently sits in 10th place on the WCT ratings. CONGRATS BRUCE! You finally got your much deserved first WCT win!
