    Surf Media Advertising Sales Representative required

    Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 17 September 2008: - - Surfersvillage and The Surfing Year Book publishers are seeking a Media Sales Executive for sales in USA, Europe and Australasia, as well as other  areas.

    Applicants should be highly-motivated self-starters with experience selling advertising in the surf market with a desire to build and expand market-share. A strong advertising sales history is required, and a passion for surfing is an advantage.

    Responsibilities include:-
    Building and managing an exisiting client portfolio.
    Telephone & in person sales for print and online media.
    Liasing with sales executives in the other territories.

    Applicants should have;-
    A a minumum of two years experience in media/advertising sales
    A comprehensive industry contacts portfolio
    Ability to deal with a demanding & varied workload
    Excellent time management skills (work to deadlines)

    The position offers a basic salary & commission on sales. Remuneration is generous Only experiences applicants should apply.

    The position is to be filled in advance  on the upcoming sales season. Hours are flexible, and the appointed applicant may be based remotely if necessary.
