Peter Townend hosts Bustin Down the Door TV special

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 10 September, 2008 : - - Surf legend and Industry leader Peter PT Townend is back on the national TV airwaves guest hosting for Planet X TV and its 30 minute special on the surf feature film, 'Busting Down the Door.'  PT interviews film producer Shaun Tomson and Mark 'MR' Richards for the Planet X special airing this weekend.

"It was great working with PT on this TV special," stated Daniel Foote, the show's Executive Producer. He further added, "I grew up watching PT, Shaun and MR on the world tour and we here at Planet X are so stoked to work with them covering this amazing surf film."

Now in its 15th year, Planet X airs nationally to over 80 million TV homes via broadcast, cable and satellite TV outlets and has its own local TV channel in San Diego.  Now a year since its launch, the local TV channel reaches 1,000,000 cable TV homes and has launched local TV programming in cooperation with Surf Shot Magazine, WaveHouse and other action sports brands.
