Marc Moore is a finalist in the Billabong Freewave Challenge

Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 17 October, 2008 : -- Huntington Beach, Ca -- Marc Moore is a Finalist in the Billabong Freewave
Challenge Mainland. The event featured over one hundred and fifty entries spanning the mainland U.S. broken up into five categories.  Marc is not only a finalist but his video is among the top 10 most viewed right along names such as Tom Curren and Aaron Cormican.

"It's a great honor to be a finalist in the Freewave Challenge and I'm really stoked", said Marc.  "The whole three month process of surfing, filming, editing and then waiting has been a lot of fun.  I want to thank the Billabong crew for putting on a class event and I look forward to their
next event in Hawaii".

Marc has had an exciting few weeks with a finals birth in the Challenge and also the Dale Velzy Classic in Doheny. "We shot our video in Malibu".  Marc thought the longest wave category of the Freewave Challenge and the classic, long walls of Malibu would be a perfect fit.  "I'd like to thank Kelly for taking the videos and her assistance with the editing".  "Congratulations to all of the finalists".
