Dreamsessions Film Fest hits Imax South Africa Gateway

Ticket price is R 30 (All tickets get an automatic entry into the NOMAD board Raffle which on the evening.) The Lineup Includes:

1. DONTSTOPDREAMING.TV - Ep1. Chasing Dreams
A New Bodyboarding Documentary series called Dontstopdreaming.tv - Ep.1 Chasing Dreams created by 2x International Promax Award Winner and Extreme Sports Producer Colin van Dongen.

This features some of the best bodyboarding from all the pros in Hawaii with World Champions Mike Stewart and Jeff Hubbard. There is also a feature relating to a few of the local Durban and Cape town Bodyboarders on how they managed to save a Brazilian Surfer’s life on the North Shore. The Series is directed at educating the public about the environment and the sustainability of our natural resources.   It Features some of the first water footage ever captured from Waimea Shorebreak.

Colin has managed to schedule his release to be broadcasted throughout Africa, America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia in the next year.  The motion graphics in the production makes this production one of the most original of its kind to hit the screens, and delivers a very strong message of living for the moment and chasing after your dreams. This movie illustrates why Bodyboarding is one of the ultimate devices for riding the heaviest waves in the world.

Music has been provided by some of the best punk and alternative bands from South Africa and the World by Pixeldeath and Epitaph Records.

Australian Film maker Bryce Thurston follows up his 2007 epic ROAM with a groundbreaking documentary that follows Nomad FSD riders Chris James, Glen Thurston, & Matt Lackey behind the scenes as they journey around Australia and beyond…….

ROAM2 features amazing footage from Tahiti, South Oz, Victoria, West Oz, and showcases other talented riders including Ryan Hardy, Jake Stone, Adam Luehman, Michael Novy, Simon Ormerod, Dave Hubbard and Mitch Rawlins.
